TENNIS HOT SHOTS
Tennis Hot Shots is a fun program that uses modified equipment such as nets, balls and racquets which allows the learning process for your child be more rewarding.
Throughout these stages, players will learn the basic fundamental motor skills, hand eye coordination and movement.
There are 3 stages of Hot Shots outlined below.

GROUP LESSONS
Group Tennis Lessons typically start with an introduction to the basics of tennis, including fundmental techniques like footwork, strokes. This stage focuses on a solid foundation and love for the sport among young players.
As players advance through their skill development , their lesson incoporates tactical training.
As players progress and demonstrate proficiency, group lessons serve as a stepping stone for players who would like participate in our Intra League competition. Junior weekend competition or low level tournaments.

PERFORMANCE SQUADS
The junior performance development squads takes a holistic approach to a players development and aims to teach professional habits in each and every session. GD Tennis is committed to ensuring each player gets the utmost enjoyment out of the game and has a pathway for improvement.
Players at this stage of their development should have progressed out of group lessons and undergoing private lessons to assist in their technical development and then attend squad training sessions to further develop their tactical application of these skills in preparation for match play situations including weekend competition and tournaments.
Squad training runs for 90 minutes on Monday nights from 6.45pm - 8.15pm
